Iosso GunBrite polish a an extremely fine metal polish designed for use on firearms an other finely finished metal objects. It cleans, polishes and protects metal.
Iosso GunBrite polish is safe for use on stainless, chrome, nickel and factory blued guns. It removes powder fouling, light surface rust, oxidation and discolouration from the inside of a barrel. It can be used to remove the black rings from the face of a revolver cylinder. It leaves protection from fingerprints and moisture.
Iosso GunBrite does not contain silicone or carnuba wax. To use, apply a small amount to a clean soft dry cloth. Rub the area lightly, then buff with a clean cloth. If using inside a barrel, apply and rub in a small amount to a cleaning patch. Run the patch through the bore several times. The patch should turn dark or even black depending on the fouling present. Follow up with clean patches. Make sure to get all of the abrasive out of the bore before firing.
This polish can be used on knives, and any metal. Use sparingly. Do not use on areas that have been touched up with cold blue. This product can also be used in conjunction with Iosso 2 Sided Cleaning Brush.
